To execute this procedure, you will need to have a USB drive containing the WIFI certificate. The USB drive must be inserted into one of the USB ports on the back of the Symphony Classroom unit.
Go to the Symphony Classroom Settings and select WiFi.
Select the network to use and click on the Install Certificate link located on the bottom of the page. This will take you to the Android Settings page.
From the Android Wi-Fi Preferences page, click </p>.
Click Install certificates.
Select the USB drive.
Double-click on the USB drive to open the folder. The example below shows that the certificate is a content filtering certificate from Zscaler.
At the prompt, enter the certificate name.
Select Wi-Fi from the ‘Credential use’ drop-down menu and click OK.
You will be prompted to create a secure lock screen.
Select None from the ‘Choose screen lock’ menu.
You have successfully installed the Wi-Fi certificate.
Click Return to Symphony Classroom on the lower right of the screen.
