I have connected the Symphony Classroom but do not see anything on my connected display or projector screen

1. Please check that the Symphony Classroom is connected to a power supply and is turned on. The LEDs around the power button on Symphony Classroom should be lit green.
2. Verify that all the input/output connections from the Symphony Classroom match with the wiring configuration provided below:

The Display source should be set to the HDMI input connected to SC.

The HDMI input of the display or projector (either directly or through a wall-plate) should be connected to the HDMI output from the Symphony Classroom using a HDMI compliant cable.

The teacher’s computer should be connected to one of the three HDMI inputs using a HDMI compliant cable (either directly or using a powered VGA/HDMI dongle).

If your display’s resolution is 4K, please ensure that the HDMI cables being used are compliant for 4K A/V transmission.
