The pointer speed and movement of the Merlyn Air Mouse feels glitchy or jumpy

1. Using either the remote Settings button or by voice (“Hey Merlyn, open settings”), open the Settings menu. Use the Air Mouse to navigate to the 'Remote' options and click on the Firmware menu. You can then use the update option to download any pending firmware updates for the remote.
2. Ask “Hey Merlyn, go home” and check if the Air Mouse movement still feels glitchy. If the answer is no, then follow these troubleshooting steps.  
3. To recalibrate your Air Mouse, try turning off the Air Mouse and point the remote to the center of the screen, and then turn on the Air Mouse again. See if this resolves the irregularity in the Air Mouse movement.
