Check your cable set up:
Please note, you'll need a 4K 60hz HDMI cable and if you're using a dongle to port in, it must be powered.
Otherwise this is a resolution issue:
- Make sure your display's refresh rate is set to 60hz. Your operating system will have an option for this in the Display settings.
- Verify that all the HDMI connections (input and output) from the Symphony Classroom fit snugly
- If your display’s resolution is 4K, then verify that the HDMI cables being used are compliant for 4K A/V transmission.
- Reboot the Symphony Classroom and see if you still see a flickering of the display.
