Troubleshooting Guide for the Symphony Classroom with Merlyn

Display

Portions of the screen are cut off when sharing through Symphony Classroom

While playing a video, the audio output comes through my computer speakers rather than Symphony Classroom or classroom display

I have connected Symphony Classroom to a display, but I notice flickering of the video output

I have connected Symphony Classroom but do not see anything on my connected display or projector screen

Voice Commands

I am unable to get Merlyn to respond to any of my voice commands

 

Connectivity

I am unable to connect to the internet during the onboarding process or the internet connection (Wi-Fi) icon is showing as red on the home screen

I am unable to switch to any of the HDMI inputs

Air Mouse

I am unable to use the Air Mouse to control my Chrome browser tabs or presentations

The pointer speed and movement of the Air Mouse feels glitchy or jumpy

Pairing

The LEDs on my remote do not light-up when trying to pair

I am unable to pair Symphony Classroom with the Merlyn Mind Chrome browser extension / I am unable to get Merlyn to respond to any voice commands / I am unable to use the Air Mouse to control my Chrome browser tabs or presentations

General

I am unable to set a timer or alarm successfully with Merlyn
